Welcome to a new page; a very slow work in progress.

I am testing out Neocities.

For a while I thought using Wordpress blogs was the easiest way to put up websites that might need frequent update. But, Wordpress has become more and more complicated and costly to manage. And, for about a year I looked around to try and find somewhere that was still hosting static web pages, and which anyone who wanted to give html a whirl could use easily.

I just recently heard about...

I was well-versed in html, years ago, but I've not kept up. I'll explore these tutorials, (linked below) and see how it goes.
